In an official partnership with the Al Ghurair Foundation of Education in Dubai, Finllect is all set to host financial literacy sessions among its 25,000+ strong youth community of students and young adults. In 2020 itself, Finllect hosted three major financial literacy boot-camps to spread financial knowledge and advocate for financial wellness amongst the Arab youth. Over 100 participants attended these bootcamps held online, to learn more about topics like how to manage their household savings, maximise savings in their youth, start budgeting and improve their income potential.
These sessions were hosted by team Finllect in collaboration with leading personal finance experts like Sedinam Ameku, who is the Founder and Executive Director of the Females and Finance Organisation in Ghana, Africa, an organization which works to impart financial knowledge and education to women, and Peter K. Asare who is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Centre of Financial Literacy for Africa, a not-for-profit organization that promotes and provides financial awareness and financial literacy skills to all Ghanaians and Africans.
Finllect is an important contributor and catalyst to youth development and organisations focused on improving youth development in the MENA.
